WHO WE ARE
The Marshall County Leadership was formed in 1992 and has over 750 alumni members. We are a non-profit organization that focuses on developing the leadership skills of individuals in Marshall County. Our alumni members come from diverse backgrounds and industries, but they share a common goal of giving back to their community by using the skills they have developed through our program.
OUR PROGRAM
The Marshall County Leadership Challenge was designed to develop leadership skills and promote community involvement. Our flagship program is a nine-month leadership program that will extensively explore Local and State Government, Economic Development, Tourism, Education, Public Safety, Media and Health and Social Services. Tours will involve an extensive amount of walking. Numerous speakers representing various programs and agencies will serve as resources for our hands on look at Marshall County.
