Educate, develop and build strong leadership for now and the future.
MCLC is designed to identify, prepare, and build upon leadership resources within Marshall County. The objectives of the program are:
To motivate participants to achieve their leadership potential.
To bring together participants and other current leaders to discuss the present and future direction of Marshall County.
To prepare participants as more effective professionals by sharpening their leadership skills.
To challenge participants to greater involvement through volunteer roles in the community.
To examine programs and agencies that currently operate within Marshall County.
To create the opportunity for participants to come to know, respect, and establish rapport with each other.
What is the Marshall County Leadership Challenge?
The Marshall County Leadership Challenge (MCLC) was founded in 1992 as an avenue to prepare and build leadership resources within our entire county. The select group of participants will be comprised of leaders and emerging leaders of the area.
They will receive an intense view of civic and governmental leadership through direct contact with a wide spectrum of institutions that keep Marshall County solvent and moving forward.
MCLC is an educational opportunity through participatory experiences.
